This is official notice from the Alaska State American Common Law Court to all State of Alaska
Courts that the Alaska American Common Law Court now has capacity and standing to adjudicate
the affairs of living men and women on the Land and Soil jurisdiction known as American State
Nationals and American State Citizens.
This is an Invocation of the Supreme Court ruling known as Ex Parte Milligan.
Ex parte Milligan, 71 U.S. 2 (1866), American Civilians are not subject to the authorities of Military

“Alaska” defined as a State Trust was brought into a Union of similarly constructed State Trusts administered by foreign Territorial Confederate “States” – which are States-of- States business organizations, doing business as the State of Alaska, State of Ohio, and so forth.
This form of “Alaska” was conceived as an inchoate “State” and it was established under the authority of The Constitution of the United States of America, Article IV, Section 3, Clause 2, which deals with —Withholding of Lands – Disposal of Lands, not under the authority of The Constitution of the United States of America, Article IV, Section 3, Clause 1 which provides for the creation of actual physically-defined states and States of the Union.
In this way, via the use of deceptive terms of art, the People of Alaska were deluded and defrauded and encouraged to think that they were in possession of their lawful State of the Union, Alaska, which everyone understood to be the physically defined state, when in fact a bait and switch fraud was involved.

“We, the American People, State Citizens – not “State of State” citizens – owed the guarantees of the constitutions protected and enforced by Almighty God, the Grand Ole Army and or their successors are obligated by our American National heritage to support and inform when violations of public and international law occur.

“It has come to my attention that the digital files for the “clearinghouse certificates”
– that is, Bearer Bonds, which the Roman Curia directed the Vatican Bank to provide to The United States of America Fiduciary, Anna Maria Riezinger, but were illegally and unlawfully sent to the U.S. Military. It is not clear whose mistake this is.
This is gross breach of trust and misdirected action with the intent to defraud all American people who have done their earnest work correcting their status, joining their State Assembly and reconstructing their lawful government.
These digital files and associated paper “clearinghouse certificates” — that is, Bearer Bonds, are the good faith and credit owed to all Americans for generations.
