3rd Step: Watch this video to learn about the History 1861 Roles & Relationships and review the Assembly Test over Topic of Jurisdiction to test your knowledge of this History.

EDUCATION #3

As an American State National, the Alaska Assembly requirements for qualifications & procedures to obtain a Vendor Card is as follows:

  • You must learn about what it is and where it came from. Pass the SIA Course and receive Notice of Completion. You must be an American State National to receive a Vendor Card.
  • You may choose 1 of 3 or all three options to contribute to your County or State Assembly
  • Willing to serve on Jury Duty Ref: Member Agreement for the Assembly Court
  • Willing to contribute to the Assembly as a Whole Committee as a participant
  • Willing to contribute to the Peacekeeping Militia with a self-governing skill
  • None of the above.
