As an American State National, the Alaska Assembly requirements for qualifications & procedures to obtain a Vendor Card is as follows:
- You must learn about what it is and where it came from. Pass the SIA Course and receive Notice of Completion. You must be an American State National to receive a Vendor Card.
- You may choose 1 of 3 or all three options to contribute to your County or State Assembly
- Willing to serve on Jury Duty Ref: Member Agreement for the Assembly Court
- Willing to contribute to the Assembly as a Whole Committee as a participant
- Willing to contribute to the Peacekeeping Militia with a self-governing skill
- None of the above.
