Welcome to The Alaska Assembly
Land & Soil Jurisdiction
Land & Soil Jurisdiction
Our Alaska Assembly is dedicated to the restoration of a complete and fully operational land and soil jurisdiction:
State and County court systems serving the people on Alaska;
the preservation of the National Trust;
the enforcement of the Public Law;
the upholding of the Federal Constitution owed to our State and People;
the re-population of our land and soil jurisdiction; the filling of vacated Public Offices;
and the reclamation of our material and intellectual public and private assets.
To these ends we, the living people of Alaska, have called the eligible Alaskan Nationals and Electors to assemble and to serve as Jurors and Officers,
and we have established the process and procedure to qualify jurors and others competent to hold State and Public Offices.
We do this peacefully and without rancor in the exercise of our unincorporated powers and capacities.
Correct your political status, claim your American State National birthrights, and reconstruct our lawful government.
You’re welcome to donate funds for the restoration of our original,
lawful government through our Fiduciary, Anna, at the address, CashApp, and Web site linked below.

The reconstruction of our Federal Republic that was set aside since 1787 and is in the process of being resurrected and rising from the once empty/vacant space and is now being occupied by those very people by inherent gifts, abilities and guarantees of this enforceable contract called the constitution of The United States of America. The power returning to the people over stand in government by the very contract that created that government for the people.
The Alaska Assembly (Unincorporated) consists of 20 Unincorporated Counties.
Population of the land mass of 663,268 sq. mi. is approximately 770,000 people.
In 1867 this land mass was purchased from Russia by the U.S. Government on behalf of the people with the people’s money. Government was tasked to provide a service on the land by means of the constitution, until such a time as this, where the people rise to their self-governing position of power to oversee the very government they delegated.
The evolution, correction and reconstruction of the government structure by and for the people has begun. Be a part of it!
Correct your political status, become an American State National, and stand on the Land and Soil jurisdiction.
This is your Alaska Assembly.
